Skills And Activities For Daily Living
Some children come to us to help work with them on adapting their skills and activities of daily living to accommodate for neuromuscular and muscular skeletal deficits. We help work with existing contractures, prevention of further range of motion deficits and accommodations to help them stay as independent as possible. We help with stretching programs, repositioning patterns and proper seating. We can help work with children on alternative movement patterns to adapt to their limitations.
