Corey Newman, OTR/L
Corey Newman, a graduate of Quinnipiac University, began her career as a pediatric occupational therapist in 2000; relocating from New York to Charlotte, NC in 2006. She has extensive experience working with children of varying abilities, including but not limited to autism, Down syndrome, cerebral palsy, fine motor deficits, and sensory related concerns. Corey has provided services in the school, home, virtual, and clinic settings and has participated in extensive continuing education. As a parent of a child with special needs herself (Down syndrome), Corey also brings to the table a level of personal experience that helps her better relate to clients and their families. Outside of work, Corey enjoys running, going to concerts and spending time with family and friends.
