Kayla Tracy, PTA
Kayla is originally from Allentown, Pennsylvania but has lived in Bluffton, South Carolina for 8 years before moving to the Charlotte area. She graduated from Coastal Carolina University in 2018 with a bachelor’s degree in business marketing. During her time attending CCU she was a member of the Wall College of Business honors fraternity and was a division 1 cross country and track athlete. After graduation she wanted to continue being involved in the health and fitness industry and went on to acquire a personal training and nutrition coach certification. It was working one on one with others to help them achieve their personal goals that made her realize this was the path she
was meant to be on. To continue on her journey helping others, she made the decision to pursue a career as a Physical Therapist Assistant. She attended the Technical College of the Lowcountry in Beaufort, SC. During her time as a PTA student she was actively involved in volunteering with the Lowcountry Autism Foundation, where she enjoyed working with children with special needs. Kayla has always been very passionate about helping others and working with children. She loves to implement new research and fresh ideas to make exercise fun and motivate each child to reach their individual goals. Outside of work Kayla enjoys spending time with family, her dog Maverick, spending time outdoors, baking and crafting.
